A pair of homes at the top of the UK’s tallest residential tower have gone on sale.
Located on the 74th floor of Landmark Pinnacle on the Isle Of Dogs, both expansive three-beds offer panoramic views stretching more than 40 miles in some directions.
Sharing a floor with two other penthouses which have already been sold, the apartments are currently the final opportunity for buyers to invest at this altitude in the UK.
While one of the homes at Chalegrove Properties’ scheme comes dressed by Dapa Atelier, the other is presented as a blank canvas for its future owners to furnish.
The Landmark Penthouse is the smaller of the two, extending to 2,145sq ft.

At the time of going to press, five apartments remained in the tower with prices starting at £550,000.
Properties lower down also feature floor-to-ceiling glazing and marble feature walls.
